We’re honored and excited to welcome Rob Wallace to the team. Detail oriented and exceptionally well-organized, Rob is stepping into the role of Project Manager. As “Keeper of the Barrels”, he’ll coordinate with Patrick Saboe’s winemaking team, Jenny Doll in design and numerous vendors to ensure your winemaking journey runs smoothly.

Rob comes to The Wine Foundry with extensive experience and a scroll of accomplishments across the beverage industry. In addition to being a certified wine drinker with several wine certifications, Rob is also a beer geek and co-founded a hopcentric magazine covering the Southern California craft beer scene. Rob’s beverage geekdom extends beyond beer and wine. For the past fourteen years, Rob worked with small and large coffee companies in product development, project management, bean sourcing, roasting as well as owning his own coffee company.

Rob is also a musician whose bands released several albums. As leader of a post-punk outfit, he scheduled gigs and recording sessions, handled tour logistics, fixed flat tires, replaced blown speakers, bailed the drummer out of jail and chased down venue managers who didn’t want to pay the band. These unique skill sets are a perfect fit for Rob’s role at TWF!Rob Wallace
