Direct-to-Bottle Printing

Our CRUSHPAD® direct-to-bottle printing service transforms the bottle itself into part of the design. Using advanced direct-to-object digital printing technology from LSINC, our design team creates high-resolution artwork directly on glass, whether on empty bottles or shiners supplied by our clients or selected from The Wine Foundry’s ultra-premium shiner offerings.

Multilayer inks allow us to build tactile detail directly into the artwork, creating raised surfaces, subtle relief, and texture you can both see and feel. Fine lines remain crisp, gradients stay seamless, and the technology provides exceptional flexibility in color, placement, and design.

The result extends the sensory experience beyond the wine itself, using texture, touch, and visual layering to make the finished bottle an integral part of the experience.

Dealcoholization

For clients seeking to lower or remove alcohol from wine, our CRUSHPAD® winery services include an advanced dealcoholization process designed to preserve as much of the wine’s original character as possible.

The process selectively reduces alcohol while minimizing its impact on aroma, flavor, and structure, giving winemakers greater flexibility in determining final alcohol levels while maintaining the balance and expression of the original wine.
