Custom Crush
In addition to crafting custom wines by the barrel, The Wine Foundry delivers ultra-premium, Custom Crush services for growers and industry professionals. Whether you have a winemaker, or seek one, our state-of-the-art facility in Napa utilizes the latest tools and technology. We feature a WECO optical sorting machine, Pellenc Selectiv destemmer, lab analysis utilizing FOSS Wine Scan technology, hot and cold temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, auto-pumpover technology, on-site bottling, treatment of unwanted micro-organisms, and access to fermentation & aging data through the InnoVint software program.
CRUSHPAD® Specialty Winery Service
The Wine Foundry offers CRUSHPAD® specialty winery services for clients seeking advanced production and finishing capabilities beyond traditional custom winemaking. From direct-to-bottle printing to precision dealcoholization, CRUSHPAD® services combine innovative technology with our winemaking, design, and production expertise.
Private Events
The Wine Foundry offers wine centric team-building and educational experiences for groups of 4 to 50. Each activity is hands-on and has you engage with actual winery equipment to explore a particular aspect of the winemaking process.
